The current pandemic has everyone talking about the end of days, but despite being an ancient, mainly religious concept, most people’s idea of the apocalypse is heavily influenced by how it has been portrayed in film. Professor Daria Pezzoli-Olgiati researches the interplay between religion, society and visual media, and we talked to her to find out how the global society is thinking about the pandemic.
